Endemix was concieved by Barış Bilen, chemical engineer and MBA, in 2007 in Istanbul, Turkey. Identifying an exceptional opportunity for converting agricultural resources, especially endemic plants, into high value added ingredients. Endemix acquired an extracts research lab and started investing in new processing technologies and the best employees.

Since its inception, Endemix developed and commercialized many interesting ingredients including a full blown portfolio of natural food colors. Endemix is now about to move to new 4000sqm state-of-the-art facility to enable high throughput processing as well as production of completely novel natural ingredients.
